I follow other blogs, forums, newsletters, etc. to keep in the loop for different tech out there. If I'm interested enough, I take notes and start exploring it more.

I'm starting to see some traffic, but I think it's still too early to tell what's been working. Perhaps keywords have been doing well, since the posts I've made where I've focused on that have been doing the best. Considering the number of posts I have, it's been hard trying to link posts...

I can see that being the case with myself. While I have other tactics in mind, I would say my focus is on doing better with search.

I haven't thought about this, especially since I don't have many posts. I don't think I would. If the information were outdated, I'd either update it or perhaps add a legacy note and link to something more updated.

I enjoying writing about my experiences with different software as I try them out. I've also done sports-related write-ups that I enjoyed doing before. I've done well with gaming reviews when I did them for a forum I used to have. I've written some articles where I was indifferent to, but...

Thanks for the offer. Right now I'm just working on it with what I have. Later, I will likely need help with new content. I'll probably make an announcement in the thread I have for the blog now and/or add a section for contributing on the blog itself.

For my current blog, I don't think I'd be able to do it since it takes me quite a bit of time to get a post going. For a personal blog, I think I could do it but I feel like the quality would take a dive.

Typically when I'm looking up a topic, I would write a few notes. If it's enough, then I started coming up with a draft and working from there.

I would think so. I do recognize that because I'm discussing software, it is prone to change. I just think about the number of times certain social media sites have changed their layout and things have to be done differently. I'm also thinking whether I should just write another post entirely...

I'm in the middle of updating some content. I do have some questions though. Should the date the post was added be changed to reflect when the changes have been made? Should I add a note saying that the information has been updated? I'm not sure what best practices are regarding updating old...
