How many times do you mention your keywords?

When it comes to mentioning your SEO-optimized keywords in your content, how often do you use them?

Some people will do exactly what Yoast tells them to do, or whatever SEO plugin they use. I think you should use less than what the program recommends.

I typically put the keyword in the first sentence of the blog and then repeat it in every other paragraph. I also put it in the title, H1, first H2, met description, URL, and the first image's ALT tag.

How about you? What's your routine?

I do it organically. I never fell to those " tips ". I always try to keep it as readable as possible.
