Two-part question about Guest Blogging Frequency!

1. How often do you accept and publish guest posts on your blog? Is there any particular reason why you do this?

2. How often do you write as a guest blogger on other blogs? Do you feel that you need to increase this frequency?

I've never written as a guest blog on someone else's blog.

I've tried to get some guest bloggers on my blog but I haven't had any luck. I've tried offering an exchange......I guest post on their blog in exchange for them guest posting on my blog.
 
I get more guest bloggers than I write guest blog posts.

I really should change that.
